The prices are based on two people sharing a room. Minimum stay two nights (three over Easter, Spring and Late Summer Bank Holiday).
Evening meals occasionally available. The evening meal is served at 7 p.m. at a charge of £17.50 per person.
Single nights occasionally available with an additional £20 surcharge.
We offer a 50% reduction for children aged 3-13 years when sharing their parents bedroom. Children under three go free. Please note we only have limited facilities for children (e.g. no cots or highchairs).
We have found it necessary to bring in a charge for dogs staying with us, therefore there will be a charge of £5 per dog per night.

When you book a room, you will be asked for a deposit equivalent to the first night's stay. This is non-refundable, however it can be transferred if you change your booking to another date within the same year. If you cancel, every effort will be made to re-let the room. If however, despite all reasonable efforts, we are unable to re-let the room, then you will be liable for the full cost of the booking. This is why we recommend that guests take out holiday insurance. This will provide peace of mind and enable you to cover your bill should you need to cancel. Also as Lundy House Hotel is an old Georgian property, we only have enough space in our car park for one car per room. Please be thoughtful about the environment when you drive to lovely Devon and bring only one car with you.

At Lundy House Hotel we care about our environment. We have taken the following steps to conserve energy.
We use low energy light bulbs.
We recycle as much as we can - plastics, paper, tins and glass.
We let guests decide on when they would like their towels laundered (as you would at home)rather than wash them on a daily basis.
We have provided recycling bags in each guest rooms.
The sausages we buy are made from specially selected Exmoor Pork. The pigs for the Exmoor Pork Brand have the best of both worlds being raised on deep straw beds in loose housing with open access sides to the fresh Devon air allowing for the pig to fully exercise and grow naturally.
The pigs enjoy a natural diet based around grain and beans supplemented with additional root crops for balance and texture.
Our eggs are also produced in Devon and are guaranteed Free Range.
We use Fair trade tea and coffee.
