The sausages are made from specially selected Exmoor Park, The Pigs for the Exmoor Park Brand have the best of both worlds being raised on deep straw beds in loose housing with open access sides to the fresh Devon air allowing for the pigs to fully exercise and grow naturally.
The Pigs enjoy a natural diet based around grain and beans supplemented with additional root crops for balanced and texture
